Customer: I need to place another order(常用用法:针对…产品下单 Place an order of …) of office supplies.
Sales clerk: I can help you with that.
Customer: I notice we are paying a lot for delivery charges(运费) each month.
Sales clerk: We can give you a discount(打折) depending on(Depending on 依据) how much you order per month(每月).
Customer: We’ve been a good customer for over five years.
Sales clerk: Yes, I see your order history.
Customer: Can you waive the delivery fee(去掉…费用) for all future orders?
Sales clerk: I don’t know if I can do that. I will talk to my manager and get back to you(常用短语:联络你).

Customer: We would love to continue doing business with you, but your delivery fees(运费) are too expensive.
Sales clerk: I understand. I will call you back as soon as possible(ASAP ).

 

当销售人员无权对客户做出某些承诺时,则需要请示领导,然后稍后再联络客户,就可以用这样的表达方式: I will talk to my manager/ consult with my superior / get the comfirmation from the management level  and  get back to you
